Due to standard size limitations some rugs will have to be folded to meet the carriers’ required dimensions. This may cause some minor creasing when you first receive your rug. Simply unfold and lay flat in your desired location and these creases will diminish in time.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
