Fukuraijun Junmai Cooking Sake (720ml Glass Bottle) is made using local rice from Gifu Prefecture and domestic rice koji, then prepared using the brewery's traditional manufacturing method "4-stage glutinous rice preparation". This is a salt-free cooking sake so you can use it with confidence.
Jukusei Hon Mirin (500ml Glass Bottle) is traditionally brewed for 90 days, and then has been aged for about 3 years, brings out a deep sweetness and complex flavor. No chemical seasonings or food additives are used.
