Extract by non-alcoholic solution;
Oral use 2 - 3 times daily, 15-30 drops (approximately 1/2 - 3/4 tube) each time, diluted in plain warm water (water is to improve the pungent taste of pollen, amount could vary. Hot water is not recommended)
